What is immigrant visa?

  • Immediate relative and family sponsored visa
  • Employer sponsored visa

Children of K-1 visa holder:   k-2 visa

Employed sponsored visa:

These types of visas are given by the employers of companies to their employees when they hire from different countries. But there is limit of employed sponsored visas and this limit has been imposed by govt. of USA. For first priority workers EB-1 visa are issued. For second priority workers EB-2 visas are issued. And then EB-3, EB-4 and EB-4 visas are issued to third priority, fourth priority and fifth priority workers respectively.
